Kaplicky internship 2019 – 2nd place

The main subject is an architectural design of a chosen residential building located on the southern tip of Brno Island

The main idea of the design is to transform the natural river bay into architecturally formed objects which create unique public spaces and living environment. The parterre resembles a rocky coast, on which a dwelling is built and which does not try to compete with this environment, but tries to fit into this landscape. The public spaces inside the residential block are designed as a magical water landscape with characteristic flora typical of the local river environment.
