New South quarter, Brno / 2018

The new South Quarter in Brno offers a remarkable possibility to create a unique project. The urbanistic concept of the design uses the potential of the nearby Svratka river. By creating a new distributary, a water channel arises and defines the border between the Brno Island and the city centre.

This unconventional city structure offers many possibilities for exclusive housing with direct access to the river, cafés and restaurants with outside seating by the river bank, possibility for water transportation – all that in the centre of Brno city.
