The proposal aims to create a clearly defined 'school' centre for the village, which follows the historic urban footprint. The chosen massing of the gymnasium and school cafeteria buildings creates a series of spaces that allows for a wide range of functions to be accommodated, giving them clarity, character, and quality (plaza, school alley, playground, patio, and schoolyard). At the same time, the proposed urban texture is a natural continuation of the existing one, the new is intertwined with history. We propose to calm U Saxon Gate Street in the form of a pedestrian zone into a school street (residents, traffic service, IZS). The simple form of the new gymnasium and school canteen buildings calms and clearly defines its surroundings, but at the same time creates its own distinct identity through its tectonics, massing and materiality.
