In Brno there are plans for creating a new boulevard in order to relieve the city centre from heavy traffic. Connected to this plan is not only alteration of the urban plan, but also finding a new potential for the places, which can be seen in a new light.

The urbanistic concept uses the dynamic of the proposed revitilization of Ponávka river. With its curves, the river disrupts the orthogonality of the urban block and gives the building their unique shape.
