BRNO RESERVOIR RESTAURANT

Kniničky, Brno reservoir / 2016

The building is located on top of a west-facing hill and offers a magnificent view of the Brno reservoir. This panoramic scenery became one of the main accents of this design and was enhanced by the continuous window oriented towards the water surface.

The opportunity to complete the already picturesque environment did not require any expressionist work or sculptural expansion, but a building that only complements the genius locci with its character and offers visitors the opportunity to undisturbedly observe the setting sun above the water surface.
