The building plot is located in a slightly sloping terrain, in which endless fields of vine offering beautiful panoramic views open up.

The project is functionally and materially divided into two parts which are intertwined. The production part, which demands specific technological requirements, and the public part with a restaurant and wine tasting. Sawtooth roofs bring a lot of light into the interior spaces and give the building a unique character.
