HOUSE IN BRTNICE

The house is designed with regard to the optimal utilization of the plot. The house is located parallel to the street at the back of the plot in an attempt to divert the house as far away from the adjacent road as possible. The house is well situated with respect to the cardinal points and further benefits from view of nearby hills and garden.

The main idea of ​​the design is to create a small and compact building. Emphasis was placed on the consistent separation of the private and communal parts of the house, its connection to the surrounding landscape and on artistic processing carried out in the spirit of simplicity.
